Late Dattatraya Pusadkar Arts College is the lead college in the rural area which provides higher education in the field of Social Science and Humanities. The college runs 7 UG Program and Research Centre in 4 Subjects. Late Dattatraya Pusadkar Arts College, Nandgaon Peth is the only one college of Late Dattatraya Pusadkar Shikshan Sanstha, Amravati established by Late Someshwarji Pusadkar, promising social worker and leader in 1997 by the name of his brother Late Dattatraya Puadkar, a great noble patriot and politician.
The college is committed to provide quality education to the students for their overall development and thus to contribute to the continual development of our society. Recently the college celebrated The Silver Jubilee Year in the month of January 2023. We feel proud to have achieved ‘B’Grade in NAAC accreditation in the first cycle in 2016 to the college having rural background.
The campus of the college is situated in Nandgaon Peth village having good infrastructure and ICT based facilities. The college runs UG program in Marathi medium to cater the need of students in Arts faculty. The college has recognised Ph.D. research centre in Marathi, History, Home Economics and Sociology. The college has a galaxy of competent Nine faculty members out of which Eight having Ph.D. degree and Supervisors for Ph. D. research work in Four subjects.
